Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: 4 June 2025
This policy applies to all payments made to Gritty Gaming Lounge & Cafe, M23, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a wallet recharge is completed and the amount is credited to your Gritty Gaming account, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds, reversals, or cancellations on any recharge transactions.
By proceeding with a wallet recharge, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The transaction is final upon payment confirmation.
- Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
- Gritty Gaming will not process any refund requests for completed recharge payments.
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails and your account is not credited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days by Razorpay. Contact your bank or Razorpay support if the reversal does not appear within this window.
To report a failed transaction where your account was not credited, email us at info@grittygaming.in with your payment reference number.
Cancellations
Once a recharge order is initiated and payment is captured by Razorpay, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you enter the correct amount before proceeding to payment.
