Shipping and Exchange Policy

Gritty Gaming Lounge & Cafe is a physical gaming lounge and café. We do not sell or ship physical goods online. This policy clarifies how our digital services and in-venue services are delivered.

1. Digital Wallet Credits

PC wallet credits purchased via our website are delivered digitally and instantly to your registered Gritty Gaming account upon successful payment confirmation. No physical shipment takes place.

  • Delivery is immediate and automatic after payment is verified.
  • If credits do not appear within 10 minutes of payment, please contact us with your payment reference.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the Gritty Gaming platform.

2. Session Bookings

Session bookings are reservations for in-venue PC or PS5 time slots. No physical item is shipped. Bookings are confirmed digitally via your account and displayed in your dashboard.

3. Event Registrations

Event and tournament registrations are confirmed digitally. Participation requires physical presence at our venue on the event date. No physical materials are shipped unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

4. Café Orders

Food and beverages from our café are served only on-premises. We do not offer delivery or take-away shipping services through our website.

5. Exchange Policy

As all services are either digital or in-venue, traditional product exchanges do not apply. If you have an issue with your service:

  • Wrong credit amount: Contact us immediately with your payment proof and we will correct the balance.
  • Technical issues during a session: Report to staff immediately. Session time affected by equipment failure will be credited back to your wallet.
  • Booking conflicts: If we are unable to honour a confirmed booking due to our error, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.
