Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services, website, and PC wallet offered by Gritty Gaming Lounge & Cafe ("Gritty Gaming", "we", "us", or "our"), located at M23, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By accessing our premises, website, or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

Gritty Gaming provides time-based access to gaming equipment (PC, PS5), a café, and event/tournament participation. All services are subject to availability and our operating hours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account requires a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. PC Wallet and Payments

Wallet recharges are processed via Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum recharge amount is ₹100 and the maximum is ₹50,000 per transaction. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Damage or misuse any gaming equipment or property
Use our systems to access illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Disrupt other customers' experience through abusive behaviour or excessive noise
Attempt to circumvent any payment, authentication, or security systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gritty Gaming website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gritty Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss, equipment damage, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
